One of our Personal Move Managers will visit your home and start by discussing the individual points of your move, all the preparation required and any questions that you may have.

The Ash Moves Managers will discuss all aspects of the move from box delivery to box collection and it is up to you to decide how much of that preparation you want us to take on, but don't worry, you can decide later after you have seen the deduction in prices for each aspect of the removals.

You will need to take your consultant on a tour around your house. Notes will be taken along the way and you will be advised about how we will approach any fragile, large or heavy items. Again, this is an opportunity for you to express any concerns you may have over moving details.
